Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We'll email you to confirm your order, and the contract is formed when we dispatch it.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. See our delivery & returns page for how to cancel.

About crystals and healing

Crystal healing and Reiki are complementary practices. The traditional properties we describe are shared for interest and are not medical claims. Our products and sessions are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Natural variation

Crystals are natural, so every piece is unique and may differ slightly from the photos.
