What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, delivery address and order details so we can send your order. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your details only to fulfil your order, provide customer service and, if you opt in, send you our newsletter. We share delivery details with Royal Mail to post your parcel.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device until you check out.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@thecrystal.store. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
