Most of our crystals are light, so almost every order ships free once you spend £50. Big, heavy pieces travel separately by insured tracked courier so they arrive safely, at a flat rate that's free on larger orders.

Your basket works out the right option automatically from each item's weight and shows it before you pay, with no surprises at checkout. Orders are usually posted within 2 working days, as each crystal is chosen and cleansed by hand, and every parcel includes a free tumble stone.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@thecrystal.store to let us know, then return the items unused and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund the price of the items, and standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving them back.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with a photo and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Natural crystals vary in shape, size and colour, so your piece will be unique and may differ slightly from the photo.
Healing sessions
You can cancel a booked session for a full refund up to 24 hours before it starts. If you ask us to begin a session within the 14-day cancellation period, you accept that the right to cancel ends once the session has been fully delivered.
