Are your crystals real and natural?
Yes. We sell natural crystals and always tell you when a stone has been treated. For example, much of the deep orange citrine on the market is heat-treated amethyst, and some "hematite" beads are man-made hematine. Each product says which it is.
What does "cleansed with intention" mean?
Before your order is packed, each piece is chosen by hand and energetically cleansed, using sound, selenite and smoke. Then it is wrapped and posted to you.
Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?
Every natural crystal is unique, so yours will vary slightly in shape, size and colour. For one-of-a-kind pieces such as clusters, the photo shows the exact piece you will receive.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
UK delivery is free on orders over £50 (otherwise £3.95) by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Heavier parcels over 2kg, such as large clusters and geode halves, travel insured by tracked courier for £7.95, free on orders over £150. Your basket shows the right option before you pay. Orders are usually posted within 2 working days and arrive 2–3 working days later.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return unused items for a refund, as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, just email us. See our delivery & returns page for details.
Can crystals heal medical conditions?
No. Crystal healing and Reiki are complementary wellbeing practices. The meanings we share are traditional associations, not medical claims, and nothing we sell replaces advice or treatment from your doctor.
How does distance Angelic Reiki work?
After booking, Prem Sudera, our accredited Angelic Reiki Teacher, emails you to arrange a time and ask a few questions. During the session you relax at home while she works remotely. Afterwards you receive a written summary, including crystals she suggests for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Add gift wrap and a handwritten note to your basket, and you can type your message at checkout.
How do I cleanse my crystals at home?
